Tube Guides This all-aluminum Tube Guide will protect the tube and guide the new tube through the tube sheet and support plate holes.	Tube Expanders The Tube Expander is used to expand the tube end, thus creating the tube-to-tube sheet joint. We stock Expanders for 1/4" diameter to 2 1/2" diameter tubes.

Torque-controlled Tube Rolling Motors We have Rolling Motors for tubes from 1/4" to 2- 1/2" O.D. The adjustable torque control can be set to achieve the desired tube wall reduction.		Back To Top of Page

Three-Blade Micrometer These bore micrometers are used to measure the tube sheet holes and final tube diameter after rolling and during set-up, to establish the required tube wall reduction.	Torque Analyzer Used to verify the accuracy and performance of the torque-controlled Tube Rolling Motor.

Belling Hammer w/Belling Tool This tool is used to form a bell tight to the tube sheet radius, thus providing a smooth flow at the inlet end of the tube after tube rolling.	Tube End Facing Tool This tool is used to face the outlet tube end flush with the outlet tube sheet.
